Terms and List Prices for Repairs:

*We work to hold a strong volume of long term customers, and often receive new customers through word of mouth, but we do have 100% positive feedback from several years of eBay listings, and customers who have left reviews gave us great compliments. We are often able to recover sensors that larger competitors have declared non-repairable. We do not charge our service fee unless the unit is repairable.

Pricing on the service fee(contingent on repair success) is flat rate, and our list prices as of 04/24/2025 are listed below:

Terms for Flat-Rate Repair Orders(as stated in our service order agreement):

The service provider guarantees on completion of the service order, the functionality of the repairable

hardware up to 30 days after the return delivery of the serviced hardware, according to the tracking

information from the courier used for return shipping - up to potential re-repair service at no additional

fee.

Service order fee to be paid prior to return shipment of repaired hardware, but customer may wait until

repairs are declared successful by service provider to pay service fee. Service fee is contingent on

successful repair.

Customer agrees that services are considered partially rendered on the date that service provider

receives the hardware pertaining to the service order.

Service time varies, but we do our best to be efficient.

Please pad the hardware well in a sturdy box. On the Dexis Platinum and GXS-700, we will not need your cal files for troubleshooting in most circumstances. On some older legacy models we need the correction/calibration files for troubleshooting.

*If you require a longer guarantee term, or want a longer term service plan, we will be happy to get you a quote for any units you want covered.

*We occasionally sell Sensors on consignment or resell, so please feel free to have a look at our for sale listings on eBay, or call in and ask.

*We may be able to offer you a discount on as-is units, or offer to purchase them from you if you do not want repairs.
